(OOC) Offensive Mage Spell - Mind/Prime

This spell is a combination of a few different effects, and there are a couple variations on how to do it. The effect is usually Vulgar.

The spell is designed for Verbena, but some ritual alterations and focus alterations could make it work for most paradigms.

Verbena use an effigy of the target which has been treated with blood and a representation of the sword (cocktail swords work, but most Verbena prefer to use ritual daggers).

Phantasmic Sword Curse - (Mind***) or (Mind***, Life***) or (Mind***, Prime**) or (Mind***, Forces*** [Prime** optional])
This spell allows the Mage to create an illusory sword with which to attack her opponents. With this version of the effect, the Mage must be able to see her target, although adding Correspondence to the effect will allow her to affect a target she cannot see. The sword dances about the air, striking at her opponent during battle. The Mage takes a representation of the target and a representation of the sword and coats each with a small droplet of blood. She then pantomimes the swords attacks against the effigy, projecting the image of a phantasmal sword into the mind of her victim. If she so chooses, she could instead create a phantasm of a person attacking the opponent, depending on how she wishes to work the effect.

System:
This spell is best cast as an extended ritual. Using Mind, the Mage projects an Illusion directly into the mind of her victim. This creates the first effect, that of the Phantasmal Sword. Once created, she begins using other spheres to directly attack her victim's pattern, with each attack being represented by a swing of the sword.

Correspondence*** is needed to affect a target the Mage cannot see.
